THANKS FOR COMING TO FROSTBURN!

Each year we strive to keep ticket prices as low as possible so that everyone can afford to both attend and put more money towards art and music projects!

All advance purchases are "will call" only! When you purchase tickets, everyone you purchased for is assigned a ticket number we will match with their ID. Each attendee must show an ID for their ticket whether or not they purchased the actual ticket. At the event you will be given a wristband and a laminated pass which must be visible at all times. Your laminate is your ticket wear it in good health. Jolly candy like wristbands will be provided at the gate, your wristband is proof that you have purchased a ticket and checked in. Wristbands will be color coded but it always remains your personal responsibility to ensure that you are not contributing to the delinquency of a minor.  While not required, before coming you can  login to your account at http://tickets.frostburnpgh.com/account and print out the PDF of the ticket or tickets you purchased.  Each person you bought for will have a printed ticket with barcodes.

All purchases may be transferred to another participant before February 10th, 2012.  You must make a request to us to do so and supply us with the ticket code and the name and email of the person you want to transfer to. After the transfer, the name of the person you transferred to will be on your ticket you purchased.  You can also login to your account and print or email the ticket PDF to the person you transferred to. The exchange of funds is up to you the person you're transferring to. All purchases are non-refundable unless the event is canceled. Staff may eject any participant without refund for failure to comply with all rules and regulations of the event and/or campground.

FIREWOOD

Firewood will be available for purchase through the Frostburn organization both prior to the event via the website and also for sale during limited hours (10 am to 5 pm, Friday -> Sunday) during the event.

Participants may also haul wood into the event, however, due to constraints related to transporting firewood between counties in Pennsylvania, it is illegal to haul wood out of the event. This is due to an invasive species infestation. Therefore, all wood brought into or purchased at the event must either be burned or left at the event. Two sizes are available for purchase: a full cord or a moving box full of wood. A full cord of wood is a stack 8 feet in length, 4 feet high, and 4 feet wide. It's a lot of wood, and probably more than even most theme camps will need for the weekend. The cost of a full cord is $200. A moving box of wood is available for $10. The box is 18"x18"x16", or roughly equivalent to 3 cubic feet. We will provide the box.


ELECTRICAL SPOTS

Frostburn offers a number of electrical sites (approximately 50) for purchase along with your ticket. These sites entitle the participant to the use of an electrical outlet rated for between 2,400 and 3,600 watts of power. Use of an electrical outlet can be reserved for a $25 fee. A small, inexpensive ($5) adapter may be necessary for some sites. As the event approaches, more electical sites may be made available, but this will depend on weather conditions, so its safest to reserve now.


RV PASS

We are charging a $20 surchurge for RV spaces for the additional electricity you will be using and we will be making sure all RV spaces are plowed for for use in and out.
